This image of Kata Tjuta epitomises my love of light. Drama and contrast dominate and frame the silhouette of this unique feature of the Northern Territory. The traditional name Kata Tjuta comes from the local Pitjantjatjara language, literally meaning "many heads", coupled with the modern name "The Olgas" named in honour Queen Olga of Württemberg (go figure).
